On April 18^th, ZPEC Rig 42 successfully completed Dabei 1701X Well in the Tarim Oilfield.  This is the second high complicated utra-deep well drilled by ZPEC Rig 42 after the Keshen 13-2 Well. Once again ZPEC Drilling Team 42 was highly praised by PetroChina Tarim Oilfield for its good performance.  They said, “ZPEC is an excellent team with high tech and high level management.”  

 Dabei 1701X Well, located Baicheng County, Aksu, Xinjiang Province, is at the foot of the South Tianshan Mountain, which is one of the most beautiful and famous mountains in China. Dabei 1701X Well is a directional appraisal well with a decline reaching to 60 degrees and and a designed depth of 7,212 meters.  The actual drill depth was 6,932 meters. It’s a turnkey project, spudded on March 22, 2020 and completed on March 11, 2021. The actual drilling period was 353 days with zero incidents during the whole drilling operation.
