At 10:00 am Iraq local time on February 25th, representatives from TOC, PETRONAS, and ZPEC gathered at the Iraqi Garraf Oil Field to hold the Petronas Project’s first well spud-in ceremony.  The dignitaries praised all for their dedication and cooperation, wishing all for the complete success of the project. On the drilling floor of Rig 25, on the order of the Chairman of TOC, Mr. Ali, the rig honked three times and the drill pipe slowly turned, marking the launch of the ZPEC Petronas Project. Everyone took a photo to witness and to record this unforgettable moment.（Reported by Linping）
