On the morning of September 23, Frederic Caillat, Project Manager of the Schlumberger IDS Region, commissioned the on-site drilling supervisor, Sergeo Comarin, to give a letter of commendation to the staff of ZPEC Rig 23, affirming the team's efforts and outstanding contributions made in the sidetracking process of the SIBA-8 well.
