To guarantee their performance would “exert the utmost effort and reach the final goal within 100 days”, ensuring all activities of the Drilling Technology Company were running smoothly, Vice General Manager Mr. Li Haidi and Mr. Wang Shanlin, along with the leaders in the management office, took a week-long inspection visit to Shan Bei area in Shanxi province. They expressed their concerns to the staff and encouraged everyone to strive for their annual production target.

The detailed inspection included in-depth and cordial communication with every member of the drilling crew to find out any problems that needed solving.  When the problem discovery phase was completed, and the issues were collected, the leaders issued the notices of rectification on the spot whereby bigger issues were to be solved within a certain time limit and the smaller problems were to be addressed at once.  This effective action successfully identified, controlled, and eliminated any potential dangers.
